Sheradon gives some insight in how she
lets her brain go dark in order to let the
mind come in. This is related to recent
increases in the quantity and quality of her
mini and micro epiphanies.

that's a cue that my brain woke up."
She suffered as a child from migraine
headaches for years, starting as early as
Kindergarten and ending just after her gifts
were opened.
AD has a marvelous meditation to help you
dismiss the brain and dwell in the mind

news and AD comments on the Health Insurance
companies and what happens when they own
integrated businesses like medical supply,
hospitals and doctor's clinics. There is an
insurance collective that is behind all this
as well and it is one of the largest.
